A small set of IP tools, for small sellers and small teams.

IPStar is run by a small ops team that also manages a handful of real e-commerce seller accounts and small scraping workloads. We got tired of every IP tool landing page looking like a Salesforce pitch deck, so we built what we wanted for ourselves.

What we are

  • A front-end on Cloudflare Pages (Next.js static export) talking to our Cloudflare Worker aggregation layer.
  • A thin, honest wrapper around ipapi.is and AbuseIPDB, with KV cache to keep costs sane.
  • A reviewer of small and mid-tier proxy providers — the ones that are too small to have enterprise sales teams and too cheap to appear on every top-10 list.

What we are NOT

  • We do not sell proxies. Ever.
  • We do not sell "IP warming" services, account reinstatement, or any gray-area marketplace service.
  • We do not take sponsored reviews — a provider cannot pay us to move from a 3-star to a 4-star.

Affiliate policy

Some links on /guides and /reviews are affiliate links. That means if you sign up through them, we get a small commission at no extra cost to you. Our affiliation policy has three rules:

  • We only link to providers we have paid plans for.
  • Negative reviews stay negative regardless of affiliate status.
  • The 3 giant providers get no affiliate push — they are reviewed for completeness only.

Privacy & data retention

Query inputs are used only to serve the current request. Worker KV caches by the IP being queried (to protect upstream API quotas), not by the visitor's IP. Full details in our Privacy Policy.
